Reading the table
Graha means one who seizes: the word covers the Sun and the Moon, the five planets seen with the eye, and the two nodes of the Moon, Rahu and Ketu, which are points rather than bodies. Each of the seven rules one or two signs; the nodes, in the classical scheme the site follows, rule none. The Vimshottari dasha gives each graha a period, 120 years in all, and the order of the periods is the order of the nakshatra lords: Ketu, Venus, the Sun, the Moon, Mars, Rahu, Jupiter, Saturn and Mercury, each ruling three nakshatras nine apart. The seven days of the week are named for the seven visible grahas.
Where each graha stands in your chart, and how strong it is by Shadbala, is in a free birth chart; where they are today is in the panchang.
